    As a franchise partner, it is crucial to maintain the brand image of Star Mart. The use of the logo, brand colours, store layouts, and promotional materials must strictly adhere to Star Mart guidelines. Any deviation must be approved by corporate headquarters.
  2. Operations Compliance
    You are required to follow all operational procedures, from inventory management to customer service protocols. Regular audits will be conducted to ensure that your store is in line with the operational standards we maintain across all locations.
  3. Product Exclusivity
    Only products approved by Star Mart are to be sold in your store. This ensures consistency and quality control across all our locations.
  4. Marketing and Promotions
    Franchisees must participate in national and regional marketing campaigns. Local marketing efforts must align with Star Mart’s approved strategies and branding.
  5. Financial Reporting
    Franchise partners are required to submit monthly financial reports and other relevant documents as per our specified guidelines. This helps us provide better support and ensure smooth financial performance.
  6. Training & Staff Management
    Star Mart will provide initial and ongoing training to ensure your staff is well-versed in our operations. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring all team members complete mandatory training modules.
  7. Contractual Obligations
